2. One building. Now 2 houses. The earlier portion is the south wing, Old Manor. This has an C18 front but is probably older. 2 storeys and attics red brick. Tiled roof. 6 sashes with glazing bars intact. Doorcase with flat hood over. Chimneybreast at the east end. The north wing is early C19 and of lower elevation. 2 storeys brown brick. Slate roof with eaves cornice. 3 sashes with glazing bars intact. Porch with Doric columns. C18 staircase with scrolled tread ends to Old Manor.
Parrock Manor, Old Manor and the Granary in grounds of the Old Manor form a group.
