House, formerly cottages, now house. C16 or earlier. Timber framed. Ground floor weatherboarded, first floor tile-hung, with diagonal bands of darker tiles. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys. Steeply-pitched hipped roof. Rear stack to left of centre. Irregular fenestration of 2 three-light casements. Rear lean-to to left. Boarded door in right side of short weatherboarded lean-to to right side of front elevation. Interior not inspected. Formerly known as Moat Cottages.
