Farmhouse. Late C18 or early C19. Ground floor chequered red and grey brick, first floor tile-hung. Plain tile roof. Double depth. 2 storeys, on low brick plinth. Hipped roof, hips returning. Two projecting brick gable-end stacks to left, and rear stack to right. Regular 3 -window front of two 16-pane sashes and central 12-pane sash. Two 16-pane ground-floor sashes with splayed rubbed brick vousoirs. Two 16-pane sashes to each floor of right return elevation. Central door up three steps, with six flush panels, semi-circular fanlight with radiating glazing bars, and moulded architrave with broken-based triangular pediment. Interior: only partly inspected. High ceilings with exposed beams and axial joists, to rear range.
