NETTLESTEAD MAIDSTONE ROAD TQ 65 SE (East side) 1/5 Monument to Margaret Fowll about 1 1/2 metres south of tower of Church of St. Mary GV II
Chest tomb. Mid-to-late C18. Stone. Stepped stone base, outer kerb of which formerly railed. Moulded plinth and lid. Bulbous ungadrooned side pilasters. Fielded inscription panels with concave corners. South side inscribed to Margaret Fowll, d.1776, north side to son John, d. l743(?).
