3/120 Nos. 1, 2 and 3 (formerly 23.5.67 listed as No 2 Church Cottages)

House or special-purpose building, formerly house and shops, now house row. Early C17 or earlier, with late C18 or early C19 facade, and later alterations. Timber framed. Ground floor red brick in stretcher bond to left, red and grey brick in English bond to centre. Ground floor of right gable end partly rendered, partly painted brick, with central stud. First floor weatherboarded to front, tile-hung to right gable end. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys and garret. Roughly- coursed sandstone plinth to right gable end. Underbuilt jetty to centre and left. Jetty to right end, returning along right gable and to rear on plain dragon posts. Roof half-hipped to right. Multiple filleted rear brick stack towards left end. Irregular fenestration of 3 windows; two 3-light casements and one 16-pane sash. Rectangular bay window on brick base under jetty to right end. 3 panelled doors; to No. 3 to left end, to No. 2 up 2 steps to right of centre, and to No. 1 up 3 steps towards right end. Rear lean-to. Interior not inspected.
