2 cottages, now house. Early C19. Ground floor chequered red and grey brick to front, small blocks of coursed stone to right gable end. First floor tile-hung. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys. Later shallow-pitched hipped roof. Tall central brick stack. Irregular fenestration of 5 casements; one 2-light towards each end, one 3-light either side of stack and small single central light. C20 central ribbed door. Blocked doorway between first and second windows from each end. Interior not inspected. Formerly known as Nos. 1 and 2 Manor Cottages.
