The following text is from the original listed building designation:
ULCOMBE CRUMPS LANE TQ 84 NW [south side] 5/182 Roselands Farmhouse II
Farmhouse. C17 or earlier with C19 alterations. Timber framed. Front elevation clad with red and grey brick in Flemish bond. Right gable end tile-hung on both floors. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys on low rendered plinth. Flat eaves soffits. Shallow- pitched roof hipped to right and abutting C20 addition to left. Multiple brick ridge stack towards centre. Irregular fenestration of two 2-light casements to first floor and 2 canted bays to ground floor. Panelled door with 2 top lights towards right end, under flat bracketted hood. C20 brick addition to left not included. Interior not inspected.
