The following text is from the original listed building designation:
ULCOMBE HEADCORN ROAD TQ 84 NW [east side] Sparrow Hall 5/184 II
Farmhouse. C17 or earlier with C19 addition. Right range brick on ground floor, tile-hung above, left wing chequered red and grey brick. Main range, with C19 wing projecting forwards to left. 2 storeys. Roof hipped to right end of main range and to front of wing. Multiple brick ridge stack to centre of main range. Irregular fenestration of 2 windows to main range; one 4-light casement to right, and small circular window to left. Blocked door beneath stack. Later door to right side of wing towards junction with main range. Interior not inspected.
