ULCOMBE STICKFAST LANE TQ 84 NW (south side) Jubilee Hall 5/191 GV II
Farmhouse. C17 or earlier with C19 facade. Timber framed. Ground floor clad with brick in Flemish bond, first floor with banded plain and fishscale tiles. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys and garret. Roof three-quarters hipped with gablet to left and half-hipped with gablet to right. Multiple brick ridge stack towards left end, and slender stack towards rear at right gable end. Irregular fenestration of 3 casements; one 2-light, and two 3-light. Glazed door towards left end, with splayed rendered voussoirs. Short rear wing to left. Lean-to to right. Interior not inspected.
