The following text is from the original listed building designation:
EAST SUTTON TQ 84 NW 5/61 Pig styes and gatepier about 4 metres east of item 5/60 at East Sutton Park GV II
Pig styes. Probably mid C19 by C.J. Richardson. Red brick in Flemish bond, with plain tile roof. Long single storey range in 2 sections. Gables with kneelers and moulded brick coping. 10 recessed glazing-bar sashes to north wall. Brick wall to west, curving to rectangular brick gate-pier of northern gateway to outer yard lying to east of main stock yard. See also items 5/59 and 5/60.
