The following text is from the original listed building designation:
LENHAM LENHAM ROAD TQ 85 8E (north side) Platts Heath 4/185 Nos. 24, 26, 28A and 28B 3.6.76 II House row. Mid C19. Timber framed, weatherboarded, with slate roof. 2 storeys. Hipped roof. 3 evenly-spaced red brick stacks in front slope of roof. Irregular fenestration of 4 glazing bar sashes with horns. 4 boarded doors with flat bracketted hoods; that to No. 28B at left end, to No. 28A between first and second windows from left, to No. 26 between first and second windows from right,and that to No.24 to right end. Interiors not inspected.
