The following text is from the original listed building designation:
LENHAM OLD HAM LANE TQ 85 SE (west side) 4/220
Boldrewood Farmhouse GV II Farmhouse. Mid C19.
Red brick in Flemish bond with tile-hung right gable end and plain tile roof. 2 storeys and attics with gable end stacks. 3 dormers with plain bargeboards, grouped towards centre of house. 3 small 2-light casements with 2 top- lights and rubbed brick voussoirs on first floor beneath dormers. 2 similar but larger windows on ground floor. Central panelled door in panelled recess, flanked by Doric pilasters bearing plain frieze and broad flat corniced hood. Single-bay 2-storey red brick extension to right, slightly later but with similar windows. Interior not inspected. Listed for group value.
