1/48 White Cottage (formerly listed 23.5.67 with No 5)
GV II
House C16 or earlier, with C19 and C20 alterations. Timber framed, weatherboarded, with plain tile roof. Exposed principal posts and tension braces to both floors of right gable end. 2 storeys and attic. Gable end jetty to right. Steeply-pitched hipped roof with gablets. Projecting brick gable end stacks and multiple brick ridge stack towards left end. Small hipped dormer with 2-light casement. Irregular fenestration of 4 windows; three 3-light casements, and one 2-light under stack. Ribbed door in gabled weatherboarded porch towards right end. Rear lean-to. Interior not inspected.
