The following text is from the original listed building designation:
LENHAM BOUGHTON ROAD TQ 85 SE (west side) Sandway 4/140 Lensome Farmhouse II
Farmhouse. C15 and C19. Timber-framed. Lower half of ground floor ragstone, upper half red and grey brick in Flemish bond. Fishscale tiles to first floor. Plain tile roof with crested ridge. 2 storeys on plinth. Roof hipped, with gablet to right. Multiple brick ridge stack to right of centre. Projecting stack to right end and stack to rear range. Irregular fenestration of 3 windows; two 2-light horizontally-sliding sashes to left, one 3-light casement to right. Ground floor has one 2-light and one 3-light casement and canted bay window. Ribbed door to right of centre beneath stack, under C20 brick lean-to porch. C19 2-storey parallel rear range. Interior not inspected. On the O.S. map called Lewsome Farmhouse.
