Cottage. Late C16, possibly in 2 periods. Timber-framed clad in red brick in Flemish bond with plain tile roof. 2 storey. Roof hipped at both ends. Ridge stack off-centre to right and projecting stack to left gable end. Large C20 central hipped dormer lighting first floor rooms, with blocked window below. Irregular fenestra- tion and one small 3-light casement towards left end on first floor and three 2-light casements with segmental heads on ground floor. Ribbed door beneath stack off-centre to right. Later rear lean-to. Interior: has exposed beams and posts.
