TONBRIDGE ROAD 1. 5278 (South Side) Nos 1 to 6 (consec) (Bower Terrace) TQ 75 NE 9/343 II GV
2. 3 pairs of semi-detached houses circa 1860. 3 storeys stuccoed. Each pair has 4 bays, tle centre 2 bays projecting. Hipped roofs. 4 pilasters flank the fronts of each pair. The 2 centre windows on the ground and 1st floors of each pair are triple round-headed windows with Italianate architraves and the top floor windows are double sashes. The 2 windows in the side wings to each pair are ordinary sashes. Round-headed doorcases with semi-circular fanlights. Plinths. Nos 5 and 6 having stone plinths.
Nos 1 to 6 (consec) form a group.
