Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
BUCKLAND ROAD 1. 5278 (East Side) No 6 TQ 7555 NE 1/219 II GV
2. C18. 3 storeys red brick, cement rendered on rear elevation. Hipped slate roof. Stone coping. 3 window spaces. The front elevation has all blanks except for the ground floor. Central round-headed doorcase with semi-circular fanlight. 3 sashes with glazing bars intact to rear elevation, except for centre 2nd floor blank. Extension of 1 storey red brick to left hand side with slate roof and 1 double sash.
Nos 6. 8 & Building between Nos 6 & 8 form a group

The building burnt down in 1975 and was demolished completely in 1976, retrospective listed building consent was granted for this.
