YALDING GRAVELLY WAYS TQ 64 NE (south-east side) 3/101 Mileham Farmhouse GV II
Farmhouse, now house. Early-to-mid C19. Red and grey brick in Flemish bond. Slate roof. 2 storeys. Hipped roof, with flat eaves soffits. Red brick gable end stacks. Regular 2-window front of slightly recessed sixteen pane sashes with thin glazing bars. Similar ground-floor sashes with splayed rendered voussoirs. Central panelled door with rectangular four- light fanlight. Red brick lean-to to right, with paned two-light casement. Short two-storey slightly recessed 1986 red and grey brick addition to left gable end, with one sixteen-pane first-floor sash and with hipped slate roof returning to rear. Interior not inspected.
