The following text is from the original listed building designation:
SUTTON VALENCE TUMBLERS HILL TQ 8049-8149 (north side) 7/162 Sun Cottages GV II
House, now house row. Early C16 or earlier, with C19 facade. Timber framed. Front elevation clad with red brick in Flemish bond. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys and attics on brick plinth. Roof half-hipped to right. Multiple brick ridge stack towards centre. 3 gabled dormers. Irregular fenestration of 4 recessed 3-light casements. Ground-floor windows with segmental heads. Three half-glazed doors with segmental heads; one to left end up 4 steps, and one either side of stack, that to left up 2 steps. Narrow passageway leading to rear, to right end. Interior not inspected.
