The following text is from the original listed building designation:
ASHFORD ROAD 1. 5278 (South Side) Nos 6 & 6A TQ 7655 NE 3/203 II 2. Mid C19. 3 storeys stock brick. Slate roof. 3 sashes with glazing bars intact. Stringcourse between ground and 1st floors. Left side extension of 2 storeys 1 bay. Central porch with engaged fluted Tuscan columns, rectangular fanlight and 6 panelled door. Nos 6 & 6A shall be amended to read Nos 4B & 6.
