HIGH STREET 1. 5278 (South-East Side) Cannon on Plinth Opposite No 64. TQ 7555 NE 1/279 II
2. A mid C19 Russian Cannon on gun carriage captured at Sebastopol and presented to Maidstone by Lord Pamure the Secretary of War and George Wickham, Mayor of Maidstone in 1858. This is embedded in a rusticated stone plinth.
