The following text is from the original listed building designation:
LONDON ROAD 1. 5278 (South West Side) No 61 TQ 75 NE 9/300 II GV
2. Circa 1860. 2 storeys and attics. Kentish ragstone. Slate roof with 2 gables having fretted bargeboards. 2 windows to attic storey. These are 2 light casements with hood moulding. The ground and 1st floors have 2 3-light casements with hood moulding and 1st floor central single light casement. Central gabled stone weatherporch with kneelers and arched doorcase with moulded spandrels. The left side elevation has 2 5-light bays, 1 through 2 storeys, 1 on tle ground floor only.
Nos 6l to 77 (odd) form a group.
