The following text is from the original listed building designation:
WEEK STREET 1, 5278 (North East Side) No 22 TQ 7655 NW 2/376 II
2. Outwardly Early to Mid C19 but probably with timber-framed core. 3 storeys colourwashed. Parapet and tiled roof. Long and short quoins. 2 sashes set in moulded architraves without glazing bars. Later shopfront. The rear elevation has a gable and is tile-hung with 1 sash.
