The following text is from the original listed building designation:
WEST STREET TQ 74 NW HUNTON (South-east Side) 4/106 Wall and gate- piers about 5 metres north- east of South Lodge GV II Wall and gate-piers. Mid C18. Snecked stone. Curved wall about 4'6" high, on stone plinth. Cambered ashlar coping. 3 slightly taller piers with cushioned tops; one to north end and one set towards each curve in wall. Pilaster strips between south pier and gate-piers. Pair of even taller gate-piers to south end, with bulbous corniced stone caps. See also item 4/105.
