The following text is from the original listed building designation:
LOOSE BUSBRIDGE ROAD TQ 7552 (West Side) Barn about 43 metres 6/169 east of Pimps Court II Barn. Medieval, of two periods. Ragstone rubble, with plain tile roof. Wall to road about 120' long, with 6 stone buttresses. Right half breaks forwards slightly. Boxed eaves. Pitch of roof formerly changed towards centre (shown in an old photograph). Now roofed in one. Double doors with red brick dressings between second and third buttresses from left and towards right end. Interior not inspected. Roof burnt in fire earlier in C20. Formerly in East Farleigh civil parish.
