The following text is from the original listed building designation:
CHURCH STREET TQ 7552 LOOSE (North Side) 6/175 Monument to Sarah Crispe about one metre south of south aisle of Church of All Saints GV II Chest tomb. Early-to-mid C18. Stone, on doubly-stepped stone base. Moulded plinth, corniced lid and fielded side panels. North side to Sarah Crispe, d.1712.
