The following text is from the original listed building designation:
CHURCH STREET TQ 7552 LOOSE (North Side) 6/176 Monument to Thomas Fisher about 1 metre east of south Chancel Chapel of Church of All Saints GV II Chest tomb. Late C17. Stone, on stone base. Moulded plinth, corniced lid and moulded side panels. Inscription on sunk beaded panel, to Thomas Fisher, d. 169(4?).
