Ground floor of wing red and grey brick in Flemish bond with exposed post and midrail. First floor weatherboarded. Main range, with central wing projecting forwards. 2 storeys and garret. Gabled, with plain bargeboards. Central multiple brick ridge stack to main range. Irregular fenestration of one 2-light casement to left of main range against junction with wing. Two casements to long left side of wing, one single-light, one 3-light. Boarded door towards left end of main range. Blocked door towards centre of left side of wing. Right side of wing has central first-floor loading door with ground- floor door under. Lean-to to front gable end of wing, in stone, with midrail and weatherboarded gable. Stone rear lean-to to main range. Interior not inspected.
