The following text is from the original listed building designation:
OTHAM STREET TQ 75 SE OTHAM (West Side) 3/235 Garden Wall terminating about 4 metres east of south gable end of Madam Taylors Cottage GV II Garden wall. C18. Chequered red and grey brick on galleted stone plinth. Chamfered brick coping remains in places above cogged brick cornice. Stands to height of about 3 metres. Runs east from south end of Madam Taylors Cottage, then turns to run south along road-side for about 55 metres before returning to west.
