Cottage early to mid C18 Ground floor red brick inflemish band on stone plinth. 1st floor weatherboarded. Half-hipped tiled roof with end brick chimney stacks. 2 Storeys 2 windows. C19 3 light casements to front elevation, central doorcase with tiled gable on wooden supports. 2 casements to side elevation. Interior has exposed ceiling beams and 2 plank doors.

This feature is recorded in the AB Heritage Heritage Appraisal on land at Green Lane, Langley. The assessment considered heritage assets within 500m of the proposed development site which includes Turkey Cottage. The report states: "Turkey Cottage: 18th century cottage (Grade II) located c 400m to the north east [of the development site] …A visual and physical obstruction is created by dense modern development between Turkey Cottage and the proposed development site.".
