The following text is from the original listed building designation:
LIVESEY STREET TQ 75 SW TESTON (West Side) 2/251 House row about 30 metres south of Livesey Cottage GV II House row. C18, with later alterations. Red and grey brick in Flemish bond, chequered except upper section of first floor. Built at right- angles to road. 2 storeys, garret and cellar, on stone plinth. Plat band. Dentilled brick eaves cornice. Half-hipped roof with gablet to right. Brick ridge stack towards each end. Irregular fenestration of 5 casements; four 3-light with segmental heads, and one single-light towards centre. Segmental heads to ground-floor windows. 4 half-glazed doors with flat corniced floating hoods; one towards each end and 2 towards centre. Narrow 2-storey addition to rear, with 4 gables. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
