WELL STREET TQ 75 SE LOOSE (East Side) 3/211 Stone Cottage and Spring Cottage GV II House pair. Late C18. Roughly-coursed ragstone with red brick dressings. Galletted stone to left gable end. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys and attic. Moulded wooden eaves cornice. Central brick stack in rear slope of roof. 2 small hipped dormers. Irregular fenestration of two 3-light casements. Boarded door to Stone Cottage to left end and panelled door to Spring Cottage to right, each with lean-to canopy. 2 short rear wings. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
