The following text is from the original listed building designation:
CHURCH STREET TQ 7552 LOOSE (North Side) 6/178 Monument to Thomas Jones about one metre south-east of South Chancel Chapel of Church of All Saints GV II Chest tomb. Mid C18. Stone, on doubly-stepped stone base. Moulded plinth, corniced lid and fielded side panels. Inscription on south side to Thomas Jones, d.1746.
