The following text is from the original listed building designation:
BEDFORD PLACE 1. 5278 (North Side) Nos 4 to 7 (cosec) TQ 75 NE 9/180 II GV
2. A terrace circa 1850. 3 storeys and basement stock brick, plastered on the front elevation. Slate roof with dormers and wide eaves cornice. 4 sashes with glazing bars intact and stone cills. Round-headed sashes on the ground floor. Simple round-headed doorcases with fanlights and panelled reveals. Plinth.
Nos 2 and 4 to 7 (consec) form a group.
