The following text is from the original listed building designation:
LEEDS UPPER STREET TQ 85 SW & TQ 8252 (west side) 3/125 & 9/125 Leeds Stores GV II
House, new stores. C18 possibly with earlier core and with C19 alterations. Painted brick first floor, rendered ground floor. Left end elevation C19, weatherboarded. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys with dentilled wood eaves cornice. Hipped roof, hip returning along left side elevation. Red and grey brick stack to right end. 2 hipped dormers. Regular fenestration of 2 glazing-bar sashes. Ground floor built out in early C19 with 2 canted bay windows and 2 doors under continuous flat bracketted hood; half- glazed door to left with plain rectangular fanlight and short wing to right. Interior not inspected.
