G.V. II
House. Late C16 with early C18 front. Timber framed with chequered red and grey mathematical tiles to front elevation and steeply pitched plain tile roof. 2 storeys attic and cellar with plinth and continuous plain tile pentice above ground floor windows. Wood modillion eaves cornice. Slightly projecting gable end stack to left, rear off-centre stack to right. Central hipped dormer. Three-window front of sashes with thick glazing bars. Central C20 door with 3 vertically glazed panels. Remains of bracketted rear jetty now within lean-to. Interior: has heavily moulded beams on ground floor and clasped purlin roof.
