The following text is from the original listed building designation:
ALBION PIACE 1. 5278 (North-West Side) Nos 19 & 21 TQ 7655 NE 3/187 26.3.74. II GV
2. Early to mid C19. 3 storeys stuccoed. Parapet. 4 pilasters rising through all floors. 3 sashes with glazing bars intact and 2 blanks. 3 1st floor cast iron balconettes. No 19 has a doorcase in the side elevation with cornice and pilasters. No 21 has a right side doorcase with rectangular fanlight and 4 panelled door.
Nos 7 to 21 (odd) form a group.
