Partly in Detling parish. Farmhouse. C16 with C18 facade. Probably timber-framed, clad in red brick in Flemish bond with plain tile roof. East elevation (garden front): 2 storeys on plinth. Roof hipped both ends. Multiple brick ridge stack off-centre to right and smaller brick stack to left end. Regular 3-window front of 2-light casements. Later extension to left. C20 single-storey extension to centre of front containing C20 door with fielded panels. Rear lean-to.
