House. C16. Timber framed, ground floor clad in red brick in English bond to right, gault brick to left, first floor rendered, right gable tile-hung. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys, roof hipped both ends. L-plan brick stack with top rebuilt in gault brick, off- centre to right. Small projecting stack left end. Irregular fenestration of C20 2-light casements. C20 half-glazed door beneath stack under C20 gabled rustic porch. Another C20 half- glazed door in C20 brick extension to left.

Description from record TQ 86 SW 26:
The building consists of the lower end & former open hall of a late medieval house. There is evidence for an upper end now demolished. The surviving parts are of Wealden form. Likely to date from the second half of the C15 (2)
