YALDING GRAVELLY WAYS TQ 64 NE (south-east side) 3/102 Barn adjoining Mileham Farm house to south- east GV II
Barn. C17. Timber framed, weatherboarded, on stone plinth. Plain tile roof. 3 timber-framed bays, with rear aisle and central midstrey. Half- hipped roof. Central double doors. Rear porch, rising from aisle, with jettied half-hipped roof and full-height double doors. Interior: long chamfered cut jowls to principal posts. Arch-braced tie-beams. Clasped- purlin roof with diminishing principal rafters, vertical queen struts to collar, and windbraces. Virtually straight arch braces to arcade plate, which is not morticed for partition. Face-halved wall-plate scarf joint. C20 floor.
