The following text is from the original listed building designation:
TONBRIDGE ROAD TQ 75 SW BARMING (South Side) 2/19 The Bull Inn II Public house. C18, with later additions. Ground floor painted brick, first floor rendered. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys and garret on painted plinth. Half-hipped roof. Rear stacks to left and right. Small central dormer. Regular 3-window front of 12-pane sashes with horns. 3 half-glazed doors juxtaposed towards centre, under continuous flat bracketed hood. Single- storey painted brick addition to right and left. Rear lean-to. Short central 2-storey tile-hung rear wing with hipped roof. Interior: only partly inspected. Chamfered axial beams to ground floor.
