YALDING TQ 74 NW Collier Street 4/78 Barn about 60 metres North of Nos. 1 and 2 Moat Cottages II
Barn. Early C19. Timber framed, weatherboarded, with plain tile roof. 5 timber-framed bays, with rear aisle. Half-hipped roof. Central full- height double doors, and low doors in aisle opposite. Weatherboarded lean- to to front elevation, discontinued in front of double doors. Interior: long cut jowls to principal posts. Arch-braced arcade plates. Aligned butt purlins, staggered up in midstrey bay. Collared rafters. Vertical queen struts to collars flanking midstrey only. Straight windbraces. Studding with straight tension braces. Nos. 1 and 2 Moat Cottages not listed.
