Barn, now house. C15 or early C16, converted to house in late C20. Timber framed. Exposed framing to ground floor with brick infilling in alternating panels of herringbone and stretcher bond. Broadly- spaced studding with plaster infilling to first floor. First floor of right (south) gable end weatherboarded. Plain tile roof. 5 timber- framed bays, formerly with central midstrey. 2 storeys. Red and grey brick plinth in English bond. Two arch braces to each end bay and one to second bay from left. Full-height intermediate posts. Steeply- pitched hipped roof. Short C20 brick stack in front slope of roof towards centre. Irregular fenestration of 4 small first-floor windows; none to left, one small rectangular light to vertical boarding, one rectangular light and one small louvred light to right of boarding, and one small pane towards right end. Central bay has black-painted vertical boarding, the site of former barn doors, now with boarded pedestrian door to base. Further boarded door towards right end. Central rear porch, brick below midrail, weatherboarded above, with hipped plain tile roof. Weatherboarded rear lean-to to left. Interior not inspected, but said to have crown-post roof.
