House and shop. C18 or earlier. Ground floor red brick in Flemish bond, first floor weatherboarded. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys. Roof hipped to right. Ridge stack towards left end. Irregular fenestration of 3 windows; one 4-pane fixed light beneath stack and 2 paired 4-pane sashes with broad central mullions. 3 paired sashes to ground floor. Canted shop window to right with small rectangular panes. Plain door to left end. Half-glazed door towards right. Rear wing to right. Interior not inspected
