The following text is from the original listed building designation:
ULCOMBE ULCOMBE HILL TQ 84 NW (west side) 5/198 Church Farmhouse GV II
Farmhouse. C17 or earlier, with late C18/early C19 facade. Timber framed, partly close-studded. Most of front elevation clad with mathematical tiles. Part of ground floor, and whole of left gable ends, red and grey brick in Flemish bond. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys, on stone plinth which forms semi-basement to left. Hipped roof. Brick ridge stack towards left end. Irregular fenestration of three 2-light casements. Half-glazed door up 3 steps under open wooden porch beneath stack. Rear wing to right with hipped roof. Left gable end extended to rear and returned towards right wing. Interior not inspected.
