STROOD            FRINDSBURY ROAD, TQ 7469                                                 FRINDSBURY 4/274                                           Nos 82 & 82A 23.8.74 GV                                              II
Pair of houses forming part of a row.  Late C18.  Flemish bond red brick; Welsh slate roof.  3 storeys.  Front: 4-window range (2:2); 1st and 2nd floors with 6-pane hornless sashes in revealed frames under cambered brick arches.  No 82 has a later canted 2- storeyed bay with sash windows, the glazing bars surviving to 1st floor only.  No 82 has inserted entrance of c.1900.  No 82A has late-C18 Roman Doric pilaster doorcase with triglyph frieze, 3- panel reveals and 6-panel raised and fielded door.
