The following text is from the original listed building designation:
ROCHESTER HIGH STREET TQ 7468 NW 7/110 No 37 23.8.74 GV II House with shop. Late C18 facade. Brick; roof not visible. 3 storeys; regular 3-window range. Rendered parapet with stone coping; moulded cornice. Plate glass horned sash windows under flat arches, Early C20 shop front, plate glass, deeply recessed entrance, with turned corner posts and shaped plinth; shop window returns to right, rendered above. Interior not inspected.
