Full Description

The following text is from the original listed building designation:
ROCHESTER HIGH STREET TQ 7468 SW 9/132 Nos 99 and 101 24.10.50 GV II Pair of houses. Early C19 (of 2 builds: see vertical masonry joint between). Stock brick, with some framing (brick infill); Welsh slate roofs. 3 storeys; regular 5-window range (3:2); parapet with stone coping and cornice band. All upper window with hornless sashes (9 and 12 pane) in reveals under rubbed brick flat arches; stone sills. 3 round-headed windows (with horned sashes) and 2 round-headed doors, all recessed with connecting impost band. Panelled doors with fanlight. Between the doorways a large flat arched vehicular entry, the side walls of which are framed with slender scantling. Rear: No 101 with hornless, and No 99 with horned sash windows. Interior not inspected.
