Possibly C16, with mid C18 front. Stuccoed brick front, timber-framed to rear; concrete tile roof. The front room ceiling beam and joists (very similar and probably coeval with those to No 73, qv) together with some visible framing suggest a C16 date. 3 storeys; regular 2-window range. Moulded cornice, and gutter with shaped struts. Upper floors with 18-pane horned sashes, those to 2nd floor with moulded surrounds, to 1st floor in reveals. Late C20 c.1900 style shop front. Interior: large joists and ceiling beam to ground floor. Upper floors not inspected but understood to contain some revealed framing, but no panelling.
