The following text is from the original listed building designation:
ROCHESTER DELCE ROAD TQ 7468 NE 12/30 No 2 GV II House. Early C19. Rendered brick; concrete tile hipped roof. 2 storeys. Front: regular 2-window range. Parapet with moulded cornice. 1st floor: 2 round-headed windows with raised surrounds; sashes with Y-tracery in reveals; 1st floor sill band. One ground-floor window (as above) and round-headed doorway to right, with raised surround and sunburst fanlight: late C20 half- glazed door.
